Let’s walk and talk together in a place that speaks to you.

When we are in an environment that allows us to feel inspired, we can be at peace with ourselves. It is in this state that we can easily uncover what we’re seeking. This is why I offer Walk and Talk Sessions, a special personalised coaching service for those who live or work in Melbourne.

Instead of meeting in a traditional space, or by phone or online, which is what I offer with my Personalised Coaching service, we’ll move outside the confines of four walls, allowing us to freely talk in an environment that energises you, whether this is near the water, in a park, or through an art gallery. I can meet for walk and talk sessions in South East Melbourne and Bayside.

The Benefits of Walk and Talk Coaching Sessions

Much like a walking meditation or shinrin-yoku, the Japanese practice of forest bathing, with our time together during walk and talk coaching, we use movement to enhance the experience and gain clarity. Simply being outdoors around trees, near the beach, or amidst what we personally find beautiful, puts us in touch with our core motivations whilst also offering mental health benefits.

When walking where you feel relaxed, accessing the expansiveness of life can feel effortless. This makes it easier to understand what may be holding you back and which opportunities are available to you that you have been overlooking. Through giving you the option to walk and talk together, my intent is to offer you the opportunity to address mind, body, and spirit in a single appointment.

Where Can We Walk and Talk in Melbourne?

Where we walk and talk is entirely up to you. Some of my clients love walking near the water. Others enjoy being surrounded by trees. Some choose to stroll through the park or on a sidewalk in a quiet neighbourhood. We can also walk indoors, through an art museum or anywhere else that you feel comfortable. I will let you choose, but here are some ideas:

How Long Are Walk and Talk Sessions?

As with my personalised coaching sessions and mental health services, walk and talk sessions last for 60 minutes. This gives you dedicated time to focus on your goals and your progression.

Each session is tailored to suit what you need to discuss, work on, or bring to light at the moment. As a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine practitioner and trained mental health counsellor, I can integrate a number of different evidence-based modalities that I believe you’ll benefit from. I always adapt to your current experience whilst maintaining the integrity of your longer-term goals. I find that this creates space for invaluable self-discoveries that can help my clients move along their path much faster.
